  I always get great service here so I am not understanding tonight. I walked through the door no acknowledgement, the “sandwich artist” hadn’t taken customer before me order however, was Gavin a full blown conversation with him. So I stood there for 5 minutes to see if anyone would say anything.... nothing! So a few more minutes go by and I ask for a manager, a young lady who was cleaning had to assist me. So the young lady comes around the corner and ask me what I would like while the guy is still opening the bread for the customer in front of me, still having a conversation need I mind you. Then he states, after I make your sandwiches I’m going to eat, I am helping you but I’m not helping her. So at this point I’m highly upset! Once my salads were complete, I thanked the young lady however, I did advise I was going to corporate. I always get great service here. Does the service change at 8pm?
