  When i first dropped my car off I got frustrated because the mechanics started talking to me like i was stupid (probably because i’m female) when all i did was ask a simple question. I let the lady inside know how rude he was and she tried to cover him by saying he had a toothache. Then, when i returned to get my car the total had gone up since i left and i asked why. Turns out they added power steering fluid and charged me $8 for it WITHOUT my permission. i never mentioned anything about doing that and they never asked me. And lastly, when i told the lady i would dispose of my own tires instead of paying $6 for that another man looks at me like i’m crazy and says “you know you can’t just throw those on the side of the road” again assuming i’m stupid. So i guess if i had to say how my overall experience with Southern Auto and Tire made me feel i would say disrespected and disappointed
