  I came to this location to exchange a jacket that was gifted to me for Christmas and, my experience was awesome. I was walking around the store like a lost puppy because, I was looking for a specific jacket in a certain size and style. As I was walking around the store a sales associate by the name of Latoya asked me if I need help. Even though, they did not have the jacket I was looking for in the store. She gave me a gift card for the jacket I was returning. And, she told me I could order the jacket I want online and use the gift card to pay for it. I did just that and everything worked out perfectly. Now that's what you call great customer service!
