  Today was my first experience at the facility and my last! I was very disappointed with staff and the treatment I received while trying to donate. Every one was very rude from the moment we entered the building. I arrived with my best friend and we stood at the front desk for 20mins before any one even acknowledged us. After waiting we were told to make new appointments because they expire after 5 mins. If someone would have been at the front desk to greet us and get us checked in when we arrived our 5 min window would not have expired. Once I was finally checked in and taken back I was told my sweater sleeve didn’t roll up high enough and to make another appointment or come back another day. I went to the car and saw my friend had another sweater so I tried that one and it rolled all the way up. So I went back in and was told it wouldn’t work but I showed them it rolled and they reluctantly showed me to the back to get started. After such a rough start I just wanted to leave but donated meant more to me so finished what I set out to do. As the process continued the treatment did not improve. If you are African American I do not suggest this place. Don’t waste your time to be treated poorly.

  This place is disgusting! Blood everywhere, and terrible service! Do not waste your time with this location! Review negative 5 stars. This place needs to be shut down!!!!
