  Long wait times every single time I am here with my kids.....staff does the best they can however Kaiser doesn't come close to meeting the needs of patients in the area

  their nurses suck and the financial department might as well be scam artists. Stay away from this insurance company all together. You will be much better off.

  I had a great experience. Lady at the front desk was friendly and I only waited 10 minutes. At every interaction, everyone was welcoming and I felt appreciated. Say what you want about Betty, but she was the sweetest! Ask if you wanted a hug- of course I did! I glad I visited this location.
