  Me and my mom had went In for an appointment and we had SPECIFICALLY requested for the owner to do my hair but as soon as my mom left , the owner had pulled a fast one and had refered me to another worker. Then another lady had walked in the shop and the owner was waiting on her to decide the hairstyle that she wanted , when she could've been doing my hair the whole time.
  The worker that the owner had referred to do my hair was RUSHING to the point where she was pulling my hair and jerking my head and it hurt! Not to mention the braids that she did in my hair were uneven and sloppy! , not a single braid that she did in my head was even.The work was unacceptable ,VERY sloppy and rushed , like I had stated before. I had straightened my hair before I had came to the shop because I wanted a sleek neat look. But I didn't think that she was gonna pile so much ampro pro style gel in my head , which had caused my hair to curl up. If i would've know that she was gonna slather my whole head in gel like she was buttering a turkey , I wouldnt have even bothered straighting my hair!
  Better yet , I wouldnt have even bothered comming to this shop!! The girl that did my hair had made me sit under the dryer for atleast fifteen mins and when I had gotten home my hair was still wet from all that gel that she put in my head! When I had gotten home I wrapped my hair up with a scarf and my whole scarf had gotten wet because of the gel and I had brown gel stains all over my scarf. My hair had flaked up and I had white flakes all over my head two days later. Then they had some nerve to charge me 60$ for four ugly ass braids that I could've did my own self. Never again!! They won't be getting my money again and If I could give them 0 stars , I would because they don't even deserve one!
